As an online auction platform, AuctionVilla Bangladesh does not offer refunds after a successful auction deal has been approved by the buyer. The payment is made directly to the seller, and any refund requests must be negotiated and resolved between the buyer and the seller.
In the event of a disagreement between the buyer and the seller, we encourage both parties to communicate openly and attempt to find a mutually agreeable solution.
